The invention further discloses a hard alloy setter boat and a preparation method thereof, a graphite boat is used as a matrix, and the surface of the graphite boat is coated with the anti-sticking coating. The conditions of boat adhesion, carburization and the like are avoided, so that coating stripping caused by adhesion of a hard alloy product to the surface of the boat can be avoided, and the service life of the anti-adhesion coating is greatly prolonged; and the isolation protection effect of the coating is enhanced, the influence of a spraying layer on the product performance is reduced, and the coating is particularly suitable for high-binding-phase hard alloy (the binding phase content reaches 22% or above) and medium-and-high-cobalt hard alloy.
