When water stop cofferdam construction is conducted under the bed rock earthing condition with the high underground water level, firstly, island building cofferdam construction is conducted, a rotary drilling rig is selected according to the model and specification of Larsen steel sheet piles, and it is guaranteed that the Larsen steel sheet piles enter the bed rock through rotary drilling guide holes; basic constraints are established for temporary stability of the steel sheet pile by taking the penetration of the Larsen steel sheet pile into the bedrock and the backfilling of sandy soil in the rock-entering range as elements; then, a seepage path is prolonged through bottom grouting, and a good water stopping effect is achieved; and finally, according to the excavation depth of the foundation pit, a waist beam and an inner support are arranged while excavation is conducted, water collection and pumping drainage are conducted after excavation is conducted to the bottom, and a good operation environment is provided for main structure construction.
