The invention provides a device system for producing alpha semi-hydrated gypsum and a production method. The device system comprises a slurry preparation unit, a crystal transformation unit and a buffer unit which are mutually coupled through pipelines, the slurry preparation unit is used for mixing dihydrate gypsum powder, process water and a crystal modifier to prepare mixed slurry; the crystal transformation unit comprises at least two crystal transformation kettles and is used for converting the mixed slurry into alpha semi-hydrated gypsum; the buffer unit comprises at least one buffer kettle and is used for temporarily storing induction seed crystals of the alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum; wherein the crystal transformation kettle and the buffer kettle are both of an upper discharging structure, and a compressed air switch valve and a water vapor emptying valve are independently arranged on the tops of the kettles respectively and used for adjusting the pressure difference between the kettles. According to the device system provided by the invention, through the synergistic combination of the crystal transformation unit and the buffer unit, the alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum is prepared from dihydrate gypsum powder which is low in price and easy to obtain, and is used as an induction seed crystal for subsequent production, so that the productivity and the discharging efficiency are remarkably improved, and large-scale popularization and application are facilitated.
本发明提供一种用于生产α半水石膏的装置系统及生产方法,所述装置系统包括通过管道相互耦合的配浆单元、转晶单元和缓冲单元;所述配浆单元用于混合二水石膏粉、工艺水和转晶剂,制得混合浆液;所述转晶单元包括至少2台转晶釜,用于将混合浆液转化为α半水石膏;所述缓冲单元包括至少1台缓冲釜,用于暂存α半水石膏的诱导晶种;其中,所述转晶釜和缓冲釜均为上出料结构,且釜顶分别独立地设置有压缩空气开关阀和水汽排空阀,用于调节釜间压力差。本发明提供的装置系统通过转晶单元和缓冲单元之间的协同组合,采用廉价易得的二水石膏粉制得α半水石膏,并以此作为诱导晶种进行后续生产,显著提高了产能和出料效率,有利于大规模推广应用。
