The invention relates to an offshore wind power installation platform and a hoisting method of fan components. The offshore wind power installation platform comprises a platform main hull, a four-chord truss type pile leg, a pile fixing frame and a pile winding type crane. The four-chord truss type pile legs are vertically and slidably arranged on the platform main ship body and distributed at the four corners of the platform main ship body. The pile fixing frame corresponding to the four-chord truss type pile leg is arranged on a top deck of the platform main ship body and used for driving the four-chord truss type pile leg to ascend and descend through the lifting system. The pile winding type crane comprises a base, the base is fixed to a pile fixing frame located on one side of a ship side at the tail of the platform main ship body, the base is supported above a top deck of the platform main ship body through the pile fixing frame, and a height interval is formed between the bottom of the base and the top deck of the platform main ship body. Due to the fact that the outer diameter of the four-chord truss type pile leg is small, and the base is fixed to the top of the pile fixing frame and does not occupy the deck space, the effective utilization space between the two pile legs at the tail of the ship body is increased, and the hoisting path is shortened.
