According to the automatic construction system and method for the soft foundation, overall planning is conducted on a construction project through a pile construction supervision platform, pile types and pile positions are determined, the total construction amount and the construction amount of all pile machines are planned, early warning configuration is conducted, and early warning information and project progress information are counted; performing early warning processing and broadcasting on the early warning condition according to the early warning processing strategy; the method comprises the following steps: performing action control on a pile machine at a construction site through a front-end controller, locally storing and uploading all sensor detection data and control records of a current pile, performing real-time monitoring on the sensor detection data according to early warning configuration, and performing early warning treatment and broadcasting on an early warning condition according to an early warning treatment strategy when the early warning condition occurs; the total construction process, the single pile machine construction record and the single pile production construction record are looked up and displayed through the mobile terminal, and early warning processing and broadcasting are conducted on the early warning condition according to the early warning processing strategy; and when the early-warning condition is completely handled according to the early-warning handling strategy, an early-warning closed loop is realized.
