The sleeve further comprises a protruding annular rib arranged in the sleeve body, a limiting stopper for preventing the reinforcing steel bar is arranged at the end, inserted into the sleeve body, of the connecting reinforcing steel bar, and the limiting stopper and the rubber plug are coaxially arranged so that when the connecting reinforcing steel bar is inserted, the connecting reinforcing steel bar can be limited to be coaxial with the sleeve body. The device is convenient to install, and the grouting sleeve engineering quality is guaranteed.
