In order to overcome the defect that the connecting length of a steel bar and a sleeve is large in order to guarantee the structural strength of an existing semi-grouting sleeve, the following technical scheme is adopted: the semi-grouting sleeve assembly comprises a first steel bar, a second steel bar, a first sleeve, a connecting sleeve and a second sleeve. The second steel bar is provided with a firsttensile part; and the connecting sleeve comprises a small-diameter section and a large-diameter section, the end, away from the small-diameter section, of the large-diameter section is further provided with a steel bar containing groove allowing the second steel bar to move in in the radial direction, and the side wall of the steel bar containing groove is provided with a second tensile part. Theassembly has the beneficial effects that the connecting sleeve can be radially adjusted relative to the second steel bar, so that alignment is facilitated; and the first tensile part and the second tensile part are matched to improve the strength, and the connecting performance of the steel bars and the connecting sleeve does not need to be enhanced by increasing the connecting length of the steel bars and the connecting sleeve.
