The invention relates to an integrated holding type vehicle carrying device which comprises a first carrier and a second carrier connected with the first carrier, and the first carrier comprises a first frame body and a first holding mechanism connected to the first frame body; the second carrier comprises a second frame body and a second holding mechanism movably connected to the second frame body. The second holding mechanism moves back and forth on the second frame body to adjust the distance between the second holding mechanism and the first holding mechanism. According to the integrated holding type vehicle carrying device, holding of the independent carrier is adopted in the holding process, stress is stable, damage to tires is small, synchronous operation of the whole carrier is achieved in the carrying process, the asynchronous separation phenomenon of the carrier in the carrying process can be avoided, and the service life of the carrier is prolonged. And the vehicle is more stable and safer in the carrying process.
