Nano porous material-silicon dioxide composite aerogel and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of silicon dioxide aerogel, in particular to nano porous material-silicon dioxide composite aerogel and a preparation method thereof. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps: taking a nano-porous material as a reinforcing phase, and fully mixing with a silicon source precursor solution to obtain a mixed solution; adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution to 4-5 by using an acid catalyst, and hydrolyzing to obtain silica sol; mixing the silica sol with a base catalyst, adjusting the pH value to 9-10, and standing to obtain wet gel; and after aging treatment and solvent replacement, drying to obtain the composite aerogel. On the basis of increasing the specific surface area and average pore size of the composite aerogel, the heat conductivity coefficient of the composite aerogel is reduced, and the heat insulation performance of the composite aerogel is improved. The problems that the mechanical property needs to be further improved due to the fact that the dispersion uniformity is difficult to control in the modification process of current silicon dioxide aerogel and the heat insulation performance is low due to local particle aggregation are solved.
本发明涉及二氧化硅气凝胶技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米多孔材料‑二氧化硅复合气凝胶及其制备方法。具体制备方法包括以下步骤:以纳米多孔材料作为增强相,与硅源前驱体溶液充分混合,得到混合溶液;利用酸催化剂调节混合溶液的pH至4~5,经水解得到硅溶胶;将硅溶胶与碱催化剂混合,并调节pH至9~10,静置得到湿凝胶;经老化处理和溶剂置换后,进行干燥,得到复合气凝胶。本发明在提高复合气凝胶的比表面积和平均孔径的基础上,降低复合气凝胶的导热系数,提高复合气凝胶的隔热性能。解决目前二氧化硅气凝胶在改性过程中存在的分散均匀性较难控制导致的力学性能有待进一步改善的问题以及局部颗粒团聚导致隔热性能偏低的问题。
