The invention discloses a co-doped barium titanate ceramic dielectric material and application thereof. The co-doped barium titanate ceramic dielectric material takes BaTiO3 as a main body material, and the addition amount is 95-96 mol%; siO2, MgO, MnO and Ho2O3 are used as doping materials, and the total addition amount of the doping materials is 4-5 mol%. The invention further discloses a multilayer ceramic capacitor made of the co-doped barium titanate ceramic dielectric material, the dielectric constant of the multilayer ceramic capacitor ranges from 2500 to 3000, and the temperature characteristic of the multilayer ceramic capacitor meets the X7R requirement of EIA. The co-doped barium titanate ceramic dielectric material and the capacitor provided by the invention are simple in preparation process, free of toxic substances, well matched with base metal inner electrodes such as nickel, compact in ceramic body, small in crystal grain, few in defect and wide in application prospect.
本发明公开了一种共掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷介电材料及其应用。该共掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷介电材料以BaTiO3为主体材料,添加量为95~96mol%;以SiO2、MgO、MnO和Ho2O3为掺杂材料,掺杂材料的总添加量4~5mol%。本发明还公开了由上述共掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷介电材料制成的多层陶瓷电容器,其介电常数介于2500~3000之间,且温度特性满足EIA的X7R要求。本发明提供的共掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷介电材料及电容器制备过程简单,不含有毒物质,与镍等贱金属内电极匹配良好,瓷体致密,晶粒小,缺陷少,具有广泛的应用前景。
