The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano tungsten carbide material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing spherical tungsten carbide powder, and then heating premixed silicon powder and the prepared spherical tungsten carbide powder to react to form a carbon-silicon alloy; crushing and screening to obtain silicon-doped tungsten carbide powder; then cobalt powder, graphite and tungsten powder are mixed to obtain a mixture; mixing and packaging the mixture and silicon-doped tungsten carbide powder, grinding in a ball mill, filtering and drying the powder, and adding a polyethylene glycol forming agent; and finally, carrying out cold pressing and sintering to prepare the modified nano tungsten carbide powder. According to the invention, silicon is creatively added into tungsten carbide powder to form a protective silicon oxide film, so that the protective silicon oxide film keeps good physical and chemical properties at high temperature, the oxidation resistance can be enhanced, the oxidation resistance of tungsten carbide is improved, and the degradation of tungsten carbide in a high-temperature oxidation environment is prevented.
本发明公开了一种纳米碳化钨材料的制备方法。本发明首先制备球形碳化钨粉末,然后将预混合的硅粉和制备得到的球形碳化钨粉加热发应形成碳硅合金;经破碎并筛分后得到硅掺碳化钨粉末;随后将钴粉、石墨和钨粉混合获得混合物;将该混合物与硅掺碳化钨粉末混合封装,球磨机中磨碎,粉末过滤干燥,加入聚乙二醇成形剂;最后经过冷压与烧结,以此制取改性纳米碳化钨粉末。本发明创新性地将硅加入碳化钨粉末中,形成了一层保护性硅氧化膜,使其在高温下保持较好的物理和化学性质,且可以增强抗氧化性,提高碳化钨的抗氧化能力,防止其在高温氧化环境下的退化。
