The invention provides a detachable pore plate energy dissipation structure in a vertical shaft and a using method thereof.The vertical shaft is internally provided with a plurality of mounting bases from top to bottom, a plurality of connecting plates are fixed to the lower face of each mounting base, the side faces of the mounting bases and the side faces of the connecting plates are fixed to the inner wall of the vertical shaft, and detachable energy dissipation pore plates are arranged on part of or all the mounting bases; a plurality of flow passing holes are formed in the energy dissipation pore plate, water flow suddenly shrinks and expands in front of and behind the flow passing holes, a flow line is forced to be sharply bent under pressure driving, and the purpose of eliminating brake energy is achieved; the number of the energy dissipation pore plates and the distance between every two adjacent energy dissipation pore plates can be conveniently adjusted according to the actual energy dissipation condition, and meanwhile overhaul and maintenance in the follow-up using process are facilitated.
