The switch is connected with the air supply assembly to control the air supply assembly to spray air outwards through the air film generating hole after entering water so as to form an air film outside the bullet shell; the jet air flow can form an air film attached to the surface of the bullet shell outside the bullet shell in the advancing process, resistance generated by direct contact of a water body and the bullet shell is greatly reduced, a large amount of kinetic energy is reserved for the bullet shell to be inserted into soil later, and the problems that in the prior art, kinetic energy loss in water is too much, and the final drilling depth is not enough are solved.
