The present invention provides a rod repair apparatus for ground excavation, which can drill an inner pipe, of a ground excavation rod of 3-6 m long, clogged by cement mortar such that the expensive ground excavation rod can be simply repaired and reused, thereby minimizing a financial burden on new product manufacture and performing repair work. That is, the present invention comprises: a body formed as a steel structure; a trolley for a driving means installed on an upper side of the body, and having wheels provided on an upper side thereof such that the trolley moves along with the body; a trolley moving means having both ends fixed to the trolley for a driving means, and including a chain coupled to sprockets installed on both sides of the body; a trolley driving means installed on a rear end of the body to transmit power to the trolley moving means; a rod driving means installed on an upper side of the trolley for a driving means; an excavation rod driven by the rod driving means; a plurality of shaft support portions installed on an upper portion of the body in front of the trolley for a driving means, axially supporting the excavation rod to be able to rotate, and allowing the excavation rod to be transferred in an axial direction; a sludge collecting portion installed on an upper side of the front of the body to collect and discharge sludge excavated by the excavation rod; and a rod support means disposed in front of the body to support the ground excavation rod in a horizontal state.
본 발명은 3~6m 길이로 지반 굴착용 로드의 내부 파이프가 시멘트 몰탈에 의해 막힌 것을 천공함으로 해서 고가인 지반 굴착용 로드를 간편하게 보수하여 재사용할 수 있어 신품 제작에 따른 경제적 부담을 최소화 하면서 보수작업을 행할 수 있는 지반 굴착용 로드 보수장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 철구조물로 구성된 본체와; 본체의 상측으로 설치되며, 본체를 따라 이동하도록 하측으로 바퀴가 구비된 구동수단용 대차와; 상기 구동수단용 대차에 양단이 고정되며, 본체의 양측으로 설치된 스프로킷에 결합되는 체인을 포함하는 대차이동수단과; 상기 대차이동수단에 동력을 전달하도록 본체의 후단에 설치한 대차구동수단과; 상기 구동수단용 대차의 상측으로 설치되는 로드구동수단과; 상기 로드구동수단에 의해 구동되는 굴착로드와; 상기 구동수단용 대차의 전방으로 본체의 상부에 설치되며, 상기 굴착로드를 회전 가능하도록 축지지 함과 아울러 축방향으로 이송 가능하도록 한 복수의 축지부와; 본체의 전방 상측으로 설치되어 굴착로드에 의해 굴착된 슬러지를 집수 배출하는 슬러지수집부와; 상기 본체의 전방에 배치되어 지반 굴착용 로드를 수평상태로 지지하는 로드 지지수단을 포함하는 것이다.
