The invention provides a data monitoring method for covering and excavating a subway foundation pit, which comprises the following steps of: controlling a plurality of detection sensors positioned at a plurality of target positions of a middle stand column, a plurality of cover plate beams, a plurality of supporting pieces and/or a plurality of pterocels to rotate by at least one target angle, and controlling the detection sensors to move to the plurality of target positions; when each detection sensor rotates to a target angle and/or moves to a target position, obtaining detection data of the detection sensor; and according to the multiple pieces of detection data, whether ground surface settlement and/or side wall deformation exist in the subway foundation pit or not is determined. According to the method, the intelligent sensor is combined with industrial vision, visual detection and visual measurement, multiple pieces of detection data are obtained through the multiple detection sensors arranged on the subway foundation pit structure, and whether ground surface settlement and/or side wall deformation exist in the subway foundation pit or not is determined according to the multiple pieces of detection data; the problem that tiny structural deformation cannot be effectively detected is avoided.
