The invention discloses a pump station adopting a prefabricated concrete water inlet runner and a construction method thereof.The pump station comprises a bottom plate and a water pump assembly, the prefabricated concrete water inlet runner is arranged at the top of the bottom plate, and pier walls and a rear wall are poured on the three sides of the prefabricated concrete water inlet runner; the prefabricated concrete water inlet flow channel is installed in a pump chamber formed by the bottom plate, the pier wall and the rear wall side wall, the outer side, making contact with the pier wall and the rear wall, of the prefabricated concrete water inlet flow channel has the gradient, and the pier wall and the rear wall side wall can compact the prefabricated concrete water inlet flow channel through the gradient; therefore, it is guaranteed that the prefabricated concrete water inlet flow channel and a cast-in-place main body structure are tightly combined to form a fastened whole, the possible vibration problem is avoided, the prefabricated concrete water inlet flow channel is made of concrete and is made of the same material as a bottom plate and a pier wall which are poured through concrete, and therefore connection is more compact, and the service life of the prefabricated concrete water inlet flow channel is prolonged. The water inlet channel and the main body project have the same service life.
