The invention discloses a secondary structure preposed construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, positioning and paying off, binding steel bars, pre-burying water and electricity pipes and boxes, anchoring a steel bar mesh into a primary structure beam column wall, preventing the upper end of the steel bar mesh from being anchored into a beam, and preventing the steel bar mesh from being bent after the beam is stressed to cause cracks of a foam concrete wall; the upper end of the reinforcing mesh is flush with the bottom of the extruded sheet; 2, a formwork of a primary structure and a formwork of a secondary structure are erected at the same time; 3, a secondary structure is poured; the secondary structure is a foam concrete wall; fourthly, after the foam concrete wall in the third step is finally set, structural concrete is poured again; step 5, removing the mold; and 6, removing the steel pipe bracket after the mold is removed. The primary structure and the secondary structure are constructed and completed at the same time, seamless connection is achieved, a long process interval is avoided, the construction period is greatly shortened, and cost is saved.
