The construction method is used for construction of a room or a platform with water and is characterized by comprising the following procedures that according to the size requirement designed in a drawing, the concrete water stop ridges are prefabricated in batches in advance, two water stop oblique openings and a water stop groove are formed in the lower portion of each concrete water stop ridge, and the water stop oblique openings and the water stop groove are formed in the lower portion of each concrete water stop ridge; according to the construction method, the construction technology of the concrete water-stop ridges is changed, the concrete water-stop ridge front-arrangement construction method is adopted, the concrete water-stop ridges are prefabricated in batches in advance by adopting the prefabricated concrete water-stop ridge front-arrangement construction method, the beveled openings and the grooves are formed in the bottoms of the water-stop ridges, and therefore the concrete water-stop ridges can be prefabricated in batches. The irregular contact surface between the water stop ridge and the cast-in-place concrete is increased, the bonding degree between the water stop ridge and the cast-in-place concrete is increased, and the possibility of water seepage is eliminated; concave-convex sections are additionally arranged at the splicing positions, and waterproof sealing structural adhesive is filled, so that the possibility of water seepage at the joints is eliminated.
