On the basis of the top size of the V-shaped column assembly, a proper number of I-shaped steel is selected for top assembly, at the moment, first bolts are adopted to complete connection and reinforcement between the V-shaped column assembly and the I-shaped steel, and then second bolts are adopted to complete connection and reinforcement between first connecting pieces and the I-shaped steel at the position above the I-shaped steel; then the second connecting pieces are assembled at the front position and the rear position of the I-shaped steel, the second connecting pieces and the I-shaped steel are connected and reinforced through third bolts, the first connecting pieces and the second connecting pieces are assembled at the connecting positions of the I-shaped steel, and therefore the overall top connecting capacity is well improved in the working process; therefore, certain stability is improved.
本发明涉及V型钢结构技术领域,公开了一种V型劲性结构钢结构与钢筋连接点,包括V型柱组件、工型钢,所述工型钢在V型柱组件的顶部均匀分布,所述第二衔接片的内部开设有安装孔。本发明通过基于V型柱组件的顶部尺寸,选择合适个数的工型钢进行顶部装配,此时采用第一螺栓完成V型柱组件和工型钢之间的连接加固,此后在工型钢的上方位置,采用第二螺栓完成第一衔接片和工型钢之间的连接加固,然后把第二衔接片装配在工型钢的前后位置,利用第三螺栓完成对第二衔接片和工型钢之间的连接加固,而第一衔接片和第二衔接片均装配在工型钢的衔接位置处,因此在工作的过程中较好的提高了整体的顶部衔接能力,以此提高了一定的稳定性。
