The invention discloses a pouring construction method for a super high-rise outer frame inclined circular pipe steel column, which comprises the following steps of: forming a pouring hole in the side surface of the super high-rise outer frame inclined circular pipe steel column, namely above a stiffening ring plate at the joint of an upper-layer inclined steel pipe and a lower-layer inclined steel pipe; and a pump pipe is connected with a hose to be inserted into a pouring hole for lifting pouring, and meanwhile, a vibrating rod is inserted downwards from the top of the steel pipe column for vibrating at the position where the stiffening ring plate is poured, so that hollowing of concrete pouring at the stiffening ring plate is avoided. The problem that when an inclined tubular column is poured in an existing super high-rise tubular column pouring scheme, dense pouring is not prone to occurring or a pump pipe is blocked is solved.
本发明公开了一种超高层外框倾斜圆管钢柱浇筑施工方法,在超高层外框倾斜圆管钢柱侧面,即上下两层斜钢管的接头处的加劲环板的上方开浇筑孔,待下层楼承板钢筋模板完成浇筑混凝土时,同步将泵管接软管插入浇筑孔内进行提升浇筑,同时在浇筑加劲环板位置由钢管柱的顶部下插振捣棒进行振捣,避免加劲环板处混凝土浇筑发生空鼓。本发明解决了现有超高层圆管柱浇筑方案在浇筑倾斜圆管柱时,不易浇筑密实或泵管堵塞的问题。
