The charging interface is arranged in the charging cabin, and the charging cabin is provided with the electronic locking device, so that when the cabin door unlocking request is received, the adhesion state of the relay device can be judged, and if an adhesion fault exists, the charging cabin can be forbidden to be opened through the electronic locking device; the situation that electric shock safety risks exist after the relay device is adhered can be avoided, personnel are prevented from making direct contact with high-voltage electricity, and therefore the safety of direct-current charging of the new energy automobile is improved.
