The cement-based composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of oil well cement, 10-15 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts of modified silicon dioxide, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-10 parts of modified montmorillonite and 1-5 parts of porous magnesium oxide particles. Uniformly mixing the nano calcium carbonate, the modified silicon dioxide, the water reducing agent, the modified montmorillonite and the porous magnesium oxide particles, adding the oil well cement, and uniformly mixing. The plugging agent is high in strength after being cured, good in sealing performance with a plugging part, and not easy to cause secondary leakage.
