The invention relates to a lightweight high-strength nano heat insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a nano oxide dispersion liquid; uniformly mixing the oxide dispersion liquid and an adsorbent through high-speed shear stirring and ultrasonic treatment to obtain a mixed solution; placing the solution in a closed container for high-temperature hydrothermal reaction to obtain a semi-solid gel block; and fully mixing the semi-solid gel block, hydrophobic fumed silica, chopped fibers and glass powder, and mechanically stirring to form a new semi-solid gel block. Performing extrusion forming through a mold, performing post-treatment, aging and drying steps, and finally performing a graded heat treatment process to prepare the light high-strength nano heat insulation material. According to the preparation method, the nanowire aerogel thermal insulation material with good temperature resistance, high strength and low density can be obtained.
本发明涉及一种轻质高强纳米隔热材料及其制备方法,所述方法为:制备纳米氧化物分散液;将氧化物分散液、吸附剂通过高速剪切搅拌和超声处理混合均匀,得到混合溶液;将上述溶液置于密闭容器中进行高温水热反应,得到半固体状的凝胶块;将半固体状的凝胶块、疏水型气相二氧化硅、短切纤维和玻璃粉进行充分混合,通过机械搅拌形成新的半固体状凝胶块。再通过模具挤压成型,进行后处理、老化及干燥步骤,最后进行分等级热处理过程制得轻质高强纳米隔热材料;本制备方法可得到一种耐温性佳、强度高、低密度的纳米线气凝胶隔热材料。
