The invention relates to a single-component polyurethane adhesive as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and mainly solves the problem of high aldehyde release content of a traditional polyurethane adhesive in the prior art. According to the technical scheme, the novel single-component polyurethane adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of polyether polyol, 30 to 40 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1 to 2 parts of an antioxidant, 0.5 to 1 part of an ultraviolet absorbent, 1 to 2 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.001 to 0.005 part of an organic metal catalyst and 0.1 to 1 part of a molecular sieve catalyst. The method can be applied to rubber particle acoustic liners.
本发明涉及一种单组分聚氨酯胶、制备方法及其应用,主要解决现有技术中存在传统聚氨酯粘合剂醛类释放含量高的问题。本发明通过提供一种新的单组分聚氨酯胶,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:聚醚多元醇:40~50份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯:30~40份、抗氧剂:1~2份、紫外吸收剂:0.5~1份、硅烷偶联剂:1~2份、有机金属催化剂:0.001~0.005份、分子筛催化剂:0.1~1份及其制备方法的技术方案,较好地解决了该问题,可在橡胶颗粒声学衬垫中应用。
