The invention discloses a single-component polyurethane adhesive as well as a preparation method, application and a cured product thereof. The single-component polyurethane adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of isocyanate, 15 to 40 parts of polyol, 0.01 to 0.1 part of catalyst and 0.1 to 0.5 part of stabilizer. The one-component polyurethane adhesive is a-NCO-terminated isocyanate prepolymer, and the bonding strength is high after the one-component polyurethane adhesive is cured, so that the gypsum board and the steel plate can be firmly bonded together, and the bonding performance of the one-component polyurethane adhesive is difficult to damage by gas generated in the curing process. Therefore, the single-component polyurethane adhesive disclosed by the invention has excellent bonding performance, can meet the requirements of a gypsum rock wool purification plate hot-pressing composite process, and improves the production efficiency and the product percent of pass in the production process of the gypsum rock wool purification plate.
本发明公开一种单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂、其制备方法、应用及固化物。所述单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂包括按重量份数计的以下原料：60~80份异氰酸酯、15~40份多元醇、0.01~0.1份催化剂以及0.1~0.5份稳定剂。所述单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂为‑NCO封端的异氰酸酯预聚物，其固化后粘接强度高，使石膏板与钢板能牢固粘合在一起，以致固化过程中产生的气体难以对其粘接性能产生破坏。因此，本发明公开的单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂具有优异的粘接性能，能够满足石膏岩棉净化板热压复合工艺的要求，提高石膏岩棉净化板生产过程中的生产效率和产品合格率。
