The invention discloses a rapid roadbed penetration detection method based on a light dynamic sounding device. The light dynamic sounding device comprises a probe rod device and an orifice stool. During detection, the orifice stool is stably placed at a target position, a feeler lever of the feeler lever device penetrates through a through hole of the stool surface and stands on a roadbed to be detected, an elastic supporting wheel unit of the orifice stool elastically rolls and supports the feeler lever, and then the feeler lever is adjusted to be in a vertical state by referring to a plumb bob; setting a drop distance required by the drop hammer by adjusting the position of the adjustable positioning ring, and then reading the reading of the first section of scale by the reading probe, and recording the reading as p1; the drop hammer is lifted to the bottom face of the adjustable positioning ring, the drop hammer hammers the diameter expanding section on the probe rod for N times according to the needed drop distance, and the reading of the first section of the ruler on the probe rod at the moment is read again and recorded as p2; according to the formula P = p2-p1, the penetration P of every N times of hammering under the set drop distance in the detection is obtained.
