The invention provides a comprehensive reinforcing structure for a soft foundation of an open-cut tunnel, which comprises enclosure walls and a reinforcing structure, the enclosure walls are respectively arranged on two sides of a main body structure of the open-cut tunnel, and the enclosure walls penetrate through the soft foundation and are inserted into a bearing stratum; a plurality of resisting structures are arranged on the outer side of each enclosure wall, and the bottoms of the resisting structures are inserted into the bearing layer; the shear-resistant supporting structure is located between the two enclosure walls, the shear-resistant supporting structure is located below the open cut tunnel body, and the bottom of the shear-resistant supporting structure is inserted into the bearing stratum; and the anti-floating structure is located between the two enclosure walls, the two ends of the anti-floating structure are connected with the enclosure walls on the two sides correspondingly, and the anti-floating structure is located above the open cut tunnel body.
