The invention relates to a spatial hyperbolic structure based on concrete 3D printing and a construction method thereof. The spatial hyperbolic structure comprises a concrete 3D decorative plate and a special-shaped seamless steel tube framework; the special-shaped seamless steel tube framework comprises a plurality of structural main beam longitudinal arched steel tubes and structural side main beam longitudinal arched steel tubes, a plurality of structural cross beam bent steel tubes are connected among the plurality of longitudinal arched steel tubes, and the top surface of the special-shaped seamless steel tube framework is integrally a hyperboloid; the concrete 3D decorative plate comprises a plurality of 3D printing reinforcement plates, the 3D printing reinforcement plates cover and are fixed to the outer side of the special-shaped seamless steel pipe framework, and the whole top face of the concrete 3D decorative plate is a hyperboloid. The spatial hyperbolic structure is subjected to special structural division, the building structure is formed by mixing the hyperbolic steel structure and the concrete 3D decorative plate, the strength, durability and attractiveness of the concrete spatial hyperbolic structure are improved, meanwhile, the construction process of the spatial hyperbolic structure is simplified, and cost and time are reduced.
