Multi-line 3D printing concrete structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a multi-line 3D printing concrete structure and a construction method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a concrete printing material; a 3D printing model is designed according to the shape of the concrete structure needing to be printed, and the designed 3D printing model comprises an outer contour line and an internal structure line tightly attached to the outer contour line; 3D printing equipment is used for printing outer contour lines and internal structure lines in sequence according to the designed 3D printing model, and therefore the multi-line 3D printing concrete structure is formed. According to the construction method, the 3D printing concrete structure with at least two layers of lines is prepared, the outer contour line serves as the outer contour of the structure, the inner structure line serves as an inner support of the outer contour line and is tightly connected with the outer contour line, the outer contour line can be supported, the overall structure is relatively simplified, and the design requirement of a complex structure can be met; and the structure stability is high.
本发明涉及多线条3D打印混凝土结构及其施工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:制备混凝土打印材料;依据需打印的混凝土结构的形状设计3D打印模型,所设计的3D打印模型包括外轮廓线条以及与所述外轮廓线条相紧贴的内部结构线条;利用3D打印设备依据设计的3D打印模型依次的打印外轮廓线条以及内部结构线条,从而形成多线条3D打印混凝土结构。本发明的施工方法制备了至少双层线条的3D打印混凝土结构,外轮廓线条作为结构的外轮廓,内部结构线条作为外轮廓线条的内部支撑,其与外轮廓线条紧密相连,能够支撑外轮廓线条,整体结构相对简化,可满足复杂结构的设计需求,还具有较高的结构稳定性。
