Tundish containing beryllium oxide coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a tundish containing a beryllium oxide coating and a preparation method of the tundish, and relates to the technical field of tundish coating preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a first mixed solution from phosphoric acid and deionized water, and then adding beryllium oxide powder and a defoaming agent to obtain a beryllium oxide dispersion liquid; s2, the tundish subjected to sand blasting treatment is immersed in the beryllium oxide dispersion liquid to be subjected to coating treatment for 2-3 times; and S3, the coated tundish is roasted, and the tundish containing the beryllium oxide coating with the thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm is obtained. According to the method, firstly, phosphoric acid serves as a binder to prepare beryllium oxide dispersion liquid, then the inner wall of the tundish which is low in price is coated with the beryllium oxide dispersion liquid for multiple times, and then roasting is conducted to obtain the tundish containing the beryllium oxide coating, wherein the tundish can resist thermal shock of metal beryllium melt and can guarantee the purity of prepared beryllium powder.
