Method for producing sintered blue corundum
The invention provides a method for producing sintered blue corundum, and relates to the technical field of sintering of inorganic non-metallic materials. The method for producing the sintered blue corundum comprises the following steps: S1, mixing high-purity alumina powder and titanium blue to form raw material powder; s2, molding the raw material powder under preset pressure to obtain a green body; s3, the heating rate in the sintering furnace is controlled based on the temperature curve so as to reduce internal stress; and S4, cooling the sintered blue corundum and removing defects on the surface of the product. An obtained green body is put into a sintering furnace with heating parameters, such as heating and cooling rates, adjusted in advance, and sintering treatment is carried out based on a temperature change curve under accurate control, so that thermal stress caused by thermal expansion in a product in the heating and cooling stages can be effectively reduced; therefore, the possibility of cracks, damage and other flaws of the product is greatly reduced, and the consistency and stability of the blue corundum material are improved.
