The invention relates to a monoclinic Ba < 1-x > Ca < x > Al < 2 > Si < 2 > O < 8 > ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing 35.4 to 43.3 weight percent of barium carbonate, 2.5 to 7.7 weight percent of calcium carbonate, 24.9 to 26.1 weight percent of aluminum oxide and 29.3 to 30.8 weight percent of fused quartz serving as raw materials, and carrying out wet ball milling, drying and crushing; adding 0.04-0.06 wt% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 3-5wt% of water, mixing, carrying out mechanical pressing under the condition of 60-80MPa, and drying, so as to obtain a celsian ceramic green body; and heating the celsian ceramic blank to 1300-1500 DEG C under the conditions of air atmosphere and normal pressure, preserving heat for 3 hours, and naturally cooling to obtain the monoclinic Ba (1-x) CaxAl2Si2O8 ceramic material. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, short production period and low energy consumption, and the prepared monoclinic Ba (1-x) CaxAl2Si2O8 ceramic material is high in purity.
本发明涉及一种单斜Ba1‑xCaxAl2Si2O8陶瓷材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以35.4~43.3wt%的碳酸钡、2.5~7.7wt%的碳酸钙、24.9~26.1wt%的氧化铝和29.3~30.8wt%的熔融石英为原料,混合均匀,湿法球磨,烘干,破碎;再外加原料0.04~0.06wt%的羧甲基纤维素钠和3~5wt%的水,混合,于60~80MPa条件下机压成型,干燥,得到钡长石陶瓷坯体;然后在空气气氛和常压条件下,将钡长石陶瓷坯体加热至1300~1500℃,保温3小时,自然冷却,制得单斜Ba1‑xCaxAl2Si2O8陶瓷材料。本发明具有工艺简单、生产周期短和能耗低的特点,所制备的单斜Ba1‑xCaxAl2Si2O8陶瓷材料纯度高。
