The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge and tunnel engineering construction, and relates to a mountainous area bridge and tunnel connection engineering construction method which comprises the following steps: constructing a left hole and a right hole of a tunnel to a preset length, and excavating a traffic crosswalk penetrating through the two holes; a high slope side in a first hole of a tunnel is used as a beam manufacturing field, a bottom slope side is used as a beam conveying channel, and a second hole is used as a construction main channel; t beams are prefabricated in a beam manufacturing field, tunnel through construction is synchronously conducted, and through construction of a first hole and a second hole is completed in sequence; and after the first hole is communicated, the multiple T-beams are sequentially transported out of the first hole and erected on piers of the first bridge, then a transverse moving portal crane is erected between the first bridge and a hole opening of the second hole, and the multiple T-beams transported out of the first hole are sequentially moved out of the second hole and erected on piers of the second bridge. The defects of existing mountainous area bridge-tunnel connection engineering construction can be overcome, T-beam erection can be carried out without waiting for all tunnels to be communicated, and the construction efficiency of the mountainous area bridge-tunnel connection engineering is improved.
本发明属于桥隧工程施工技术领域,涉及一种山区桥隧衔接工程施工方法,包括,施工隧道的左右两洞至预设长度并开挖贯通两洞的车行横道;将隧道第一洞内的高坡侧作为制梁场、底坡侧作为运梁通道,将第二洞作为施工主通道;在制梁场内预制T梁,同步进行隧道贯通施工,先后完成第一洞及第二洞的贯通施工;第一洞贯通后,先将多个T梁依次运输至第一洞外并架设于第一桥梁的桥墩上,再在第一桥梁与第二洞洞口之间架设横移门机,将第一洞运输出的多个T梁依次移至第二洞外,并架设于第二桥梁的桥墩上。本发明能够解决现有山区桥隧衔接工程施工的弊端,不必等隧道全部贯通即可进行T梁架设,提高山区桥隧衔接工程的施工效率。
