The cutting slope reinforcing structure comprises at least one slope reinforcing unit, each slope reinforcing unit comprises anchoring blocks, first connecting beams, second connecting beams, fixing piles and detachable formworks, the anchoring blocks are arranged in a quincunx shape, the first connecting beams are arranged between the two adjacent anchoring blocks, the second connecting beams are arranged between the two adjacent anchoring blocks, and the fixing piles are arranged between the first connecting beams and the second connecting beams. The fixing piles are connected to form a polygon which is arranged in an area formed by the first connecting beams, and the second connecting beams are arranged on the fixing piles in a crossed mode. The fixing piles are arranged in the rhombic area formed by the anchoring blocks and the first connecting beams, the slope area is divided into the small areas, then the second connecting beams are arranged to connect the small areas into a whole, and the stability of the reinforcing structure is improved; the cutting slope reinforcing structure is installed once a flat surface for anchor cable construction is formed, so that synchronization of slope construction and protection is achieved, and the problem of protection lag caused by reinforcement after slope excavation is completed is solved.
