The rain blocking mechanism comprises water blocking cloth, a winding assembly and a traction assembly, the winding assembly is arranged at the top of the slope, the traction assembly is arranged at the bottom of the slope, one end of the water blocking cloth in the length direction is connected with the winding assembly, and the other end of the water blocking cloth in the length direction is connected with the traction assembly; the traction assembly is used for drawing out the water retaining cloth from the winding assembly and covering the area where the upper mounting assembly and the slope fixing assembly are located, a drainage channel is formed in the bottom of the slope, and the water retaining cloth is used for guiding rainwater in the area where the slope fixing assembly and the upper mounting assembly are located into the drainage channel. The problem that an existing waterproof structure affects the permeability of the side slope is solved.
