The invention discloses a roof radial truss displacement adjusting device and a roof construction method. The roof radial truss displacement adjusting device comprises a guide rail, a sliding plate, a support, a hydraulic crawler and a bolt plate, wherein the guide rail and the sliding plate are arranged at the top of a temporary support; the support is of a left-right split combined structure, the bolt plates are installed on the front sides and the rear sides of the two half supports at the same time, the two half supports are combined and connected through bolts, caulking grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the tops of the two half supports, sliding grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the bottoms of the two half supports, and the bottom faces of the two half supports are supported on the sliding plates. The lower part of the radial truss is cooperatively embedded into the caulking grooves in the two sides, and the sliding grooves in the two sides are cooperatively arranged on the guide rails; the hydraulic crawl device is used for driving the support to move through hydraulic drive, and a hydraulic crawl device body is provided with an actuating piece detachably connected with the support, a locking piece used for being locked on the guide rail and a control piece used for controlling the actuating piece to stretch out and draw back. According to the device, the position of the radial truss can be corrected after the cable structure is tensioned, and the radial truss is prevented from being damaged by stress in the tensioning process of the cable structure.
