The graphene coating is prepared through a novel method, the method is simple and easy to implement, the graphene coating has high binding force with the ceramic substrate with the pretreated surface, the preparation technology of the graphene heating ceramic substrate is simplified, the yield and heating efficiency are improved, and a safe and environment-friendly heating mode is achieved.
本发明提供一种石墨烯发热陶瓷基板及制备方法,具体步骤如下:S1、在光洁度Ra<0.008μm的陶瓷基板表面制备电极,得到预处理陶瓷基板;S2、将石墨烯涂料涂覆在预处理陶瓷基板表面,干燥、烧结得到石墨烯发热陶瓷基板;所述石墨烯涂料采用石墨烯、硅烷偶联剂、硅酸钾、硅丙乳液、聚丙烯酸钠、消泡剂和成膜剂混合制备。本发明通过新方法制备石墨烯涂料,简单易行,且与表面进行预处理的陶瓷基板有较强的结合力,不仅简化了石墨烯发热陶瓷基板的制备工艺,提高了成品率和加热效率,还实现了安全环保的加热方式。
