According to the prepared material, the room-temperature resistivity reaches 1014 orders of magnitude, the room-temperature resistivity is larger than or equal to 1 * 10 < 5 > omegam at the temperature of 1000 DEG C, and the breaking strength is larger than or equal to 100 MPa. The thermal expansion coefficient is about 2 * 10 <-4 >/DEG C (25-1000 DEG C), the product can be used for preparing a substrate for an electric heating film and other products, and the highest heating temperature can reach 1000 DEG C.
