The short fibers are added to limit the crack width of the cement-based composite material, after the cement-based composite material cracks, the embedded self-repairing agent reacts with carbon dioxide to achieve crack self-repairing, and the whole process is simple, economical and environmentally friendly. The problem that in the prior art, the self-repairing capacity is weakened due to the fact that CaO is insufficient is solved, a technical path is provided for high-value utilization of industrial solid waste, and the problem of recycling of a large amount of solid waste is solved.
