The invention discloses a preparation method of a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant material for repairing a lining of a garbage incinerator, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing base materials including corundum, mullite, alumina, silicon carbide and calcium aluminate; s2, mixing the base material prepared in the S1, adding auxiliary raw materials and the balance of water, wherein the auxiliary raw materials comprise a dispersing agent, protective fibers and a coagulation accelerator; s3, the mixed raw materials are fed into a reaction kettle to be mixed and stirred, the mixed raw materials are filtered, after large particles are filtered out, the raw materials are fed into a stirrer to a construction site, an aqueous solution is additionally added, and a flowing castable is formed; and S4, taking a flowing pouring material, pouring in a fixed mold, and curing the pouring material to obtain the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant lining. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant material for repairing the lining of the garbage incinerator has the advantages that the fire resistance is good, the use requirement is met, and the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant effects are achieved.
