Carbon-carbon composite sagger and preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of sagger preparation, and particularly relates to a carbon-carbon composite sagger and a preparation method and application thereof. The carbon-carbon composite sagger provided by the invention is prepared by the following steps: 1) alternately laying and needling a carbon fiber web coated with a water-based carburant and carbon fiber plain cloth to obtain a preform; the water-based carburant comprises water, carbon material particles and coal tar pitch powder; and 2) impregnating the preform obtained in the step 1) in resin for compression molding, and then carbonizing and thermally depositing a carbon coating to obtain the carbon-carbon composite sagger. The sagger is simple in overall preparation process, high in operability, low in production cost and high in manufacturing efficiency, and the prepared carbon-carbon composite sagger is high in bending strength and long in service life.
本发明属于匣钵制备技术领域,具体涉及一种碳碳复合匣钵及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的碳碳复合匣钵,包括以下步骤:1)将刷涂水基增碳剂的碳纤维网胎与碳纤维平纹布交替层铺,针刺,获得预制体;所述水基增碳剂包括水、碳材料颗粒、煤焦沥青粉;2)将步骤1)获得的预制体浸渍在树脂中模压成型,再经碳化、热沉积碳涂层,得到所述碳碳复合匣钵。本发明的匣钵整体制备工艺简单、可操作性强、生产成本低、制作效率高,制备得到的碳碳复合匣钵弯曲强度高、使用寿命长。
