Method for repairing surface defects of carbon-based composite material
The invention discloses a method for repairing surface defects of a carbon-based composite material, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The method comprises the following steps: coating the defect part or the surface of a composite material base material with slurry, wherein the slurry comprises silica sol, repairing powder matched with the composite material base material, and chopped cellulose; according to the slurry, the chopped cellulose serves as a framework material, the supporting and strengthening effects can be achieved at the defect position, the repairing powder is matched with the material of the composite material base material, and meanwhile the silica sol has the bonding effect. According to the repairing slurry, coating repairing is carried out on defects of acceptable sizes on the surface of a base material, and compared with direct replacement of a new carbon-based composite material, the cost is reduced by 90% or above. On the basis of preparing the carbon-based composite material by adopting a reactive infiltration process, the composite material prepared by adopting a subsequent process disclosed by the invention is excellent in ablation resistance, the performance of the scouring-resistant and ablation-resistant carbon-based composite material can be quickly and specifically repaired, and the time cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种用于修复碳基复合材料表面缺陷的方法,属于复合材料技术领域。该方法在复合材料基材的缺陷处或表面涂覆料浆,料浆包括硅溶胶、与复合材料基材材料相匹配的修复粉料,以及短切纤维素;该料浆以短切纤维素作为骨架材料,能够在缺陷处起到支撑强化作用,修复粉料与复合材料基材的材质相匹配,同时硅溶胶起到粘合作用。该修复料浆,针对基材表面可接受尺寸的缺陷进行涂覆修复,与直接更换新的碳基复合材料相比,成本降低90%以上。在采用反应熔渗工艺制备碳基复合材料的基础上,采用本发明后续工艺制备得到的复合材料的抗烧蚀性能表现优异,可以快捷的针对性的修复耐冲刷、抗烧蚀碳基复合材料的性能,节约时间成本。
