Composite latex for cement-based material modification and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of polymer modified cement-based materials, in particular to composite latex for modifying a cement-based material and a preparation method of the composite latex. Starting from the composition structure design of the composite latex, the energy dissipation capacity is improved by introducing the inorganic nanoparticles into the polymer microspheres, the damping performance after film forming is better, the damping temperature range is wider, and the toughening and impact-resistant modification effects on a cement-based material are better. Wherein the inner layer is mainly composed of soft monomers, vibration energy dissipation of inorganic nanoparticles is facilitated, meanwhile, a large number of branched chain structures are introduced into an inner layer polymer, intermolecular slippage can be increased, the latex film loss factor can be increased, and the toughening modification effect on the cement-based material is further improved; the middle layer is mainly composed of hard monomers, certain strength is kept, and a space is provided for vibration energy dissipation of internal particles; the outer layer is mainly composed of soft units, so that the composite latex has a good film forming effect and a good bonding effect in a cement-based material. The composite latex prepared by the invention is simple in preparation process, has small influence on the working performance of a cement-based material mixture, and can obviously improve the fracture energy of a cement-based material hardened body under the condition of low mixing amount.
本发明涉及聚合物改性水泥基材料领域,具体涉及一种水泥基材料改性用复合胶乳及其制备方法。本发明从复合胶乳组成结构设计出发,通过在聚合物微球中引入无机纳米粒子增加了能量耗散能力,成膜后的阻尼性能更好、阻尼温域更宽,对水泥基材料的增韧抗冲击改性效果更佳。其中,内层以软单体为主,便于无机纳米粒子振动耗能,同时在内层聚合物中引入大量支链结构,可增加分子间滑移,提高胶乳膜损耗因子,进一步提升对水泥基材料的增韧改性效果;中间层以硬单体为主,保持了一定的强度,并为内部粒子振动耗能提供了空间;外层以软单位为主,使复合胶乳在水泥基材料中具有良好的成膜效果与粘接效果。本发明所制备的复合胶乳,制备工艺简单,对水泥基材料拌和物工作性能影响小,在低掺量下就可明显提高水泥基材料硬化体的断裂能。
