The invention belongs to the technical field of building structures, and discloses a latticed shell structure manufacturing method. According to the method, through software modeling, three-dimensional coordinates of the center of a core cylinder bottom plate and the vertical distance between each point position on the core cylinder bottom plate and the horizontal plane where the center of the bottom plate is located are extracted. According to the coordinates, the core cylinder is placed at the corresponding plane position and adjusted to the corresponding position height; and twisting the core cylinder around the center of the bottom plate according to the vertical distance between each point position and the horizontal plane where the center of the bottom plate is located, thereby completing accurate placement of the core cylinder. And finally, the rod pieces between the core cylinders are assembled, and assembling and manufacturing of the latticed shell structure are completed. According to the method, the mode of combining software and hardware is used, the accuracy of the position of the core cylinder and the material utilization rate and turnover rate in the manufacturing and installing process are improved, and meanwhile loss in the material discharging process is reduced.
