The invention provides an aluminum template capable of being recycled for multiple times and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum template capable of being recycled for multiple times comprises an aluminum template body, a peelable glue layer is bonded to the aluminum template body, a PET film material layer is fixed outside the peelable glue layer, and the PET film material layer is coated with a UV coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out roller coating on the PET film material layer with UV gloss oil, and then carrying out UV curing treatment, so that a UV coating is formed on the PET film material layer; s2, the face, away from the UV coating, of the PET film material layer is coated with peelable glue in a roller coating mode, then drying is conducted, and a peelable glue layer is formed; and S3, the peelable glue layer is attached to the aluminum formwork body, and the aluminum formwork capable of being used repeatedly and circularly is obtained. The problems that an aluminum formwork is prone to damage, short in service life and low in repeated use frequency are solved.
本发明提供了一种可循环多次使用的铝模板及其制备方法，可循环多次使用的铝模板包括铝模板本体，铝模板本体上粘接有可剥胶层，可剥胶层外固定有PET膜材层，PET膜材层外涂覆有UV涂层；制备方法包括以下步骤：S1：将PET膜材层上辊涂UV光油，然后进行UV固化处理，使PET膜材层上形成UV涂层；S2：将PET膜材层背离UV涂层的一面辊涂可剥胶，然后进行干燥，形成可剥胶层；S3：将可剥胶层贴合于所述铝模板本体上，得到可循环多次使用的铝模板。本发明解决了铝模板易损坏，使用寿命短，可重复使用次数低的问题。
