The invention belongs to the field of building decoration materials, and particularly discloses recyclable artificial marble and a preparation method thereof.The recyclable artificial marble is prepared from, by mass, 4%-30% of epoxy prepolymers, 2%-20% of imine curing agents, 0.05%-1% of catalysts, 50%-90% of inorganic filler and 0-20% of auxiliaries, the artificial marble is formed by hot-pressing and curing the raw materials. According to the method, an epoxy prepolymer, an imine curing agent and a catalyst composition are adopted as an adhesive, and the purpose of recycling the artificial marble is achieved by utilizing the function that an imine dynamic covalent bond can be recombined with matrix resin through a dynamic reversible exchange reaction under a certain condition. The artificial marble is simple in preparation process, low in shrinkage rate in the curing process, excellent in mechanical performance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance and capable of shielding ultraviolet rays, leftover materials and waste can be recycled, energy is saved, and the environment is protected.
