Comprising 20%-24% of water, 15%-16% of sodium sulfate, 15%-16% of sodium chloride, 15%-16% of sodium nitrite, 15%-16% of calcium nitrite, 4%-5% of calcium chloride, 2%-3% of calcium sulfonate, 1%-2% of sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate, 0.5%-1% of sodium sulfamate, 0.05%-0.1% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.01%-0.02% of an active agent, urea and methanol. The production process comprises the following steps: 1) mixing methanol, calcium sulfonate and 1/3 of the total amount of water, 2) mixing urea, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate, sodium sulfamate, sodium sulfate and 1/3 of the total amount of water, and 3) mixing the rest materials.
