Method for resourceful treatment of solid hazardous waste
The invention relates to the technical field of hazardous waste treatment and comprehensive utilization, in particular to a solid hazardous waste resource treatment method which comprises the following steps: feeding hazardous waste sludge, clay and fly ash into a stirring tank for mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed dry material; stacking and aging the mixed dry material in a stirring pool to obtain mixed pug; measuring the water content of the mixed pug; according to the water content of the mixed pug, adding the fly ash and the blending water again, and mixing and stirring to obtain a blank; feeding the blank into a double-roller granulator through a belt conveyor, and extruding and granulating to form a granular blank; feeding the granular blank into a first rotary kiln for pre-firing, and then transferring into a second rotary kiln for firing and forming to obtain ceramsite; and feeding the fired ceramsite into a single-cylinder cooling machine for cooling and grading to obtain finished ceramsite with corresponding specifications. According to the method, the hazardous waste sludge is turned into wealth, harmless resource reutilization is achieved, and the environmental benefit and the economic benefit are remarkable.
本发明涉及危废处置与综合利用技术领域,特别是涉及一种资源化处置固体危废的方法,包括如下步骤:危废污泥、黏土、粉煤灰送入搅拌池内混合搅拌,得到混合干料;混合干料在搅拌池内堆放陈化得到混合泥料;测得混合泥料的含水率;根据混合泥料的含水率,再次加入粉煤灰以及调配水,混合搅拌得到胚料;将胚料经皮带输送机送入对辊造粒机进行挤压造粒,形成粒胚;将粒胚送入第一回转窑进行预烧制,然后转入第二回转窑烧制成型,成为陶粒;烧制出的陶粒送入单筒冷却机进行冷却、分级,得到相应规格的成品陶粒。本发明使危废污泥变废为宝,实现了无害化资源再利用,环境效益和经济效益显著。
