The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a ceramic cutter head material of a ceramic tile cutter, silicon nitride powder, a sintering aid and a binder are selected as raw materials and mixed, vacuum high-energy ball milling is performed for full wet mixing, and drying is performed in a vacuum drying oven to obtain a carbon-free mixed raw material; pre-pressing and molding the carbon-free mixed raw material, loading a cylindrical blank into a cavity of a vacuum tube furnace, and carrying out high-temperature treatment on the blank in a vacuum environment by adopting a vacuum sintering technology; crushing the carbon-free green body subjected to high-temperature treatment, adding a small amount of graphite powder, carrying out vacuum low-speed ball milling and full mixing to obtain a carbon-containing mixed raw material, and carrying out pre-pressing molding to obtain a carbon-containing green body; and loading the carbon-containing green body into a graphite heating cavity, assembling a pyrophyllite composite block, and sintering the pyrophyllite composite block at high temperature and high pressure by using a diamond hydraulic press to complete the preparation of the beta-Si3N4 sintered body. The beta-Si3N4 sintered body which is high in strength and good in toughness and wear resistance is prepared through the method, operability is high, and the method is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
本发明涉及一种瓷砖切刀陶瓷刀头材料的制备方法及应用,选取氮化硅粉末、烧结助剂和粘结剂为原料混合,真空高能球磨充分湿混,利用真空干燥箱中烘干得到无碳混合原料;将无碳混合原料预压成型,将圆柱形坯体装入真空管式炉腔体中,采用真空烧结技术在真空环境下对坯体进行高温处理;将高温处理后的无碳坯体进行破碎,加入少量石墨粉,真空低速球磨充分混合,得到含碳混合原料,预压成型,获得含碳坯体;将含碳坯体装入石墨加热腔体,组装叶腊石复合块,利用金刚石液压机在高温高压下烧结,完成β‑Si3N4烧结体的制备。本申请方法制备出强度高、韧性和耐磨性良好的β‑Si3N4烧结体,可操作性强,并适合工业大规模生产。
