According to the seepage interception wall forming method, a seepage interception wall forming material can be innovated; the engineering cost is greatly saved, various excavation problems encountered by a traditional seepage interception wall construction technology and disturbance to a coastal aquifer rock-soil body are avoided, the problem of residual salty water pollution caused by traditional seepage interception wall construction is solved, and the height of the seepage interception wall is adjusted according to seawater invasion degree changes caused by future climate and underground water level changes. The device and the method provide reference for construction by using the technology for resisting seawater invasion in a site.
